Kia grew up in a tiny town on the coast of Washington but has moved around a lot. She moved to Juneau in 2019 after living on Kauai. Her family owns and operates a small fishing lodge outside of Dillingham, AK and she spends every summer there working with her family. A lot of her work is inspired by the peaks and rivers surrounding the lodge.
She’s an illustrator and designer living in Juneau, Alaska. She loves drawing the beautiful mountain views and cool critters she finds out in nature.
