She was born and raised in Sooke on Vancouver Island in BC Canada, where her family has been for 7 generations. A self taught designer and bead weaver, her work is a reclamation and an exploration of her Indigenous and European family roots. Her work consists mainly of off loom pieces generally made out of Japanese Miyuki Delica glass beads, sterling silver, brass and re-purposed materials. She currently resides in Vancouver BC.
