Each glass herring created is designed from scientific research photos and personal catches. They are true to size, scale, and have the physical properties of the forage fish species caught in this area. Each individual fish is cut from multiple layers of waste sheet glass, hand printed, stacked and assembled with metal inclusions before kiln fusing. They are fully annealed for strength and ready to hang. Enjoy!
